En la causa intervino la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 34, quien dispuso la detención de la mujer de 32 años y el hombre de 28 por infracción a la Ley de Drogas (23.737). En tanto que al conductor del auto se le dio soltura en el lugar.
