La Policía de la Ciudad desbarató en las últimas horas una organización delictiva dedicada al narcomenudeo en la zona sur de la Ciudad, liderada por una mujer y secuestró varias dosis de cocaína, pasta base y marihuana.
La investigación fue llevada a cabo por la división Operaciones Zona Sur del Departamento Operaciones Narco criminalidad de la Policía de la Ciudad, cuyos efectivos, mediante investigaciones, lograron identificar a los cabecillas de una organización narco que operaba en Villa Soldati y alrededores.
Con el aporte de estos datos, la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en la Investigación de Delitos con Estupefacientes (UFEIDE), a cargo de la Dra. Cecilia Amil Martin, solicito al Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Numero 25, de la Dra. Luisa Scrich, que libre la orden de allanamiento del domicilio sindicado como el lugar utilizado para el fraccionamiento y comercialización de estupefacientes.
Tras la orden judicial, la medida fue cumplimentada por Operaciones Zona Sur, con apoyo de la división Canes, que lograron atrapar a “La Pinocha”, una mujer de 45 años, apuntada como la líder de la banda, y a su cómplice, un hombre de 38 años, en las escaleras de uno de los edificios del Complejo Habitacional Soldati, mientras ofrecían drogas a sus clientes.
Como resultado del allanamiento se logró el secuestro de 35 envoltorios de pasta base, cuatro dosis de cocaína, un envoltorio de marihuana, cuatro celulares y 6.840 pesos.
Efectuadas las consultas con la UFEIDE se avaló el secuestro de los elementos y se ordenó la detención de los investigados y su posterior traslado a dependencias de la Policía de la Ciudad.
