El Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires informa el cronograma de servicios públicos para el lunes 21 de noviembre, feriado por el Día de la Soberanía Nacional.
- Hospitales: funcionarán las guardias, el SAME y las Unidades Febriles de Urgencia. También los centros de testeos con atención específica.
- Escuelas: cerradas.
- Cementerios: las inhumaciones en los Cementerios de Chacarita, Flores, Recoleta y el ingreso de los fallecidos al Crematorio de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires se realizarán en el horario de 7.30 a 14 horas a destino, recepcionándose el último trámite a las 13 e iniciándose la última inhumación a las 13.30.
- Administración Gubernamental de Ingresos Públicos y Dirección General de Rentas: cerradas.
- Sedes Comunales: cerradas.
- Registro Civil: permanecerá cerrado. Funcionará sólo la guardia de defunciones de 8 a 12.30.
- Recolección de residuos: el servicio funcionará de manera habitual.
- Estacionamiento: estará permitido estacionar sobre las avenidas y calles donde está prohibido estacionar los días hábiles de 7 a 21 horas. No estará permitido estacionar sobre avenidas o calles donde está prohibido estacionar las 24 horas.
El estacionamiento medido no tendrá vigencia.
En las rampas, veredas, ochavas, cocheras, paradas de colectivo, calles de convivencia, espacios reservados para personas con discapacidad, espacios reservados para clínicas y hospitales y cajones de carga y descarga, sigue rigiendo la prohibición durante las 24 horas. Además no habrá restricción de ingreso a Centro y Tribunales peatonal.
- Subtes y premetro: el servicio de las líneas B, C, E y H comenzará a funcionar desde las 8 horas y el de las líneas A y D desde las 8.30 por obras, hasta las 21/22 horas según corresponda el último tren de cada línea. Consultar horario acá.
- Ecobici: los usuarios de Ecobici tendrán las siguientes opciones:
Recreativo: Viaje único: $130 (1 viaje de hasta 30 minutos los sábados, domingos y feriados). Diario: $280 -(6 viajes diarios de hasta 60 minutos).
Intensivo: Diario: $280 (hasta 6 viajes diarios de hasta 60 minutos). Mensual: $1.275 (hasta 6 viajes de 60 minutos al día durante un mes). Anual: $10.890 (hasta 6 viajes de 60 minutos al día durante un año)
Turístico (sólo para turistas extranjeros): Diario: $280 (hasta 6 viajes diarios de hasta 60 minutos. Tres días: $3.500 (viajes ilimitados de hasta 120 minutos, durante 72 horas). Siete días: $4.200 (viajes ilimitados de hasta 120 minutos, durante 7 días). Viaje único: $500 (1 viaje de hasta 30 minutos).
- Peajes: los peajes funcionarán con normalidad, tomando como hora pico el horario de fin de semana, es decir, de 11 a 15 horas sentido Provincia, y de 17 a 21 horas sentido Centro.
- Registro de licencias para conducir, sede Roca: cerrada.
- Verificación Técnica Vehicular: las siete plantas permanecerán cerradas
- Dirección General de Infracciones: cerrada.
- Policía y Bomberos de la Ciudad + Emergencias Línea 911; Logística, Defensa Civil, Guardia de Auxilio y Emergencias + Línea 103: guardias activas las 24 horas.
- Parques:
- Reserva Ecológica Lago Lugano: abierta de 8 a 18 horas.
- Jardín Botánico Carlos Thays: abierto de 9.30 a 19 horas.
- Ecoparque: abierto de 11 a 18 horas.
- Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur: abierta de 9 a 19 horas.
- Reserva Ecológica Ciudad Universitaria Costanera Norte: abierta de 8 a 18 horas.
- Todos los parques cierran en caso de lluvia.
- Museos: abiertos de 11 a 20 horas.

- Bibliotecas públicas: cerradas (excepto Parque de la Estación y Casa de la Lectura, que estarán abiertos de 10 a 20 horas).
- Teatros dependientes del GCBA:
- Complejo Teatral de Buenos Aires: cerrado.
- Centro Cultural San Martín: cerrado.
- Centro Cultural 25 de Mayo: abierto.
- Centro Cultural Recoleta: cerrado.
- Teatro Colón: habrá visitas guiadas de 10 a 17 horas y estará abierto para la función de las 20 horas de Anna Netrebko. A su vez, Colón Fábrica estará abierto para visitas de 12 a 18 horas.
- Usina del Arte: abierta de 12 a 20 horas.
