Seis departamentos de un edificio de Retiro que integraban un prostíbulo fueron clausurados y su regente fue detenido tras una serie de allanamientos realizados por la Policía de la Ciudad.

La División Trata de Personas de la Policía de la Ciudad recibió el 29 de agosto último un oficio para llevar a delante tareas de investigación para comprobar una posible infracción al artículo 145 Bis del Código Penal, sobre oferta y captación de personas para explotación.

Tras las averiguaciones, los oficiales concluyeron que se estarían utilizando seis departamentos de un edificio de la avenida Del Libertador al 700 como prostíbulos, todos regenteados por un mismo hombre.

Ante ello, en las últimas horas, a requerimiento del Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Federal  5, a cargo de la Dra. María Eugenia Capuchetti, secretaría 10 del Dr. Leandro Noguera, se realizaron los seis allanamientos en distintos pisos del mismo edificio.

Además de los oficiales de la Policía de la Ciudad, concurrieron integrantes del Programa de Rescate y Acompañamiento a las Victimas de Trata del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación, funcionarios de la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones y personal de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control de la Ciudad (AGC).

Allí detuvieron los efectivos detuvieron al hombre que estaba a cargo, argentino de 49 años, y en los departamentos se encontraban varias mujeres ejerciendo la prostitución y dos clientes.

En la requisa, fueron hallados elementos para la causa, ya que fueron secuestrados 20 geles íntimos, un aparato sexual, gran cantidad de preservativos, nueve celulares, una pistola a Gas CO2 con un recipiente con municiones, 1.000 dólares, chip de celulares, posnet de Mercado Pago, una caja fuerte de pared, un contrato de locación y cuadernos con anotaciones.

Los seis departamentos fueron clausurados por la AGC por diferentes faltas administrativas respecto de la actividad ilícita que se desarrollaba.
