Veinte allanamientos fueron realizados, 18 de los cuales en el mismo edificio utilizado para el ejercicio de la prostitución, finalmente clausurado por la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC), y dos en la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Personal de la División Trata de Personas de la Policía de la Ciudad estuvo al frente de los procedimientos llevados a cabo en el hotel de Paraná al 700, y de los que se realizaron en Darwin al 200, de La Lucila, e Hipólito Yrigoyen al 21100 de Glew, ordenados por el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 28, a cargo del doctor Martín Carlos Del Viso y ante la Secretaría 142 del doctor Jorge Abou Assali.

Para el procedimiento se solicitó la colaboración del Programa de Rescate y Acompañamiento a las Víctimas del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Nación, la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones, la Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP), el Consejo de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes y la Administración Gubernamental de Ingresos Públicos (AGIP).

Este hotel había sido investigado en  2021 cuando una mujer denunció una red de prostitución que se dedicaba a captar mujeres por medios de avisos de web.

Por tal motivo el trabajo de investigación tuvo la colaboración de personal de Cibercrimen de la Policía de la Ciudad.

El caso recayó en la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 5, a cargo del Dr. Cesar Augusto Troncoso, que avanzó en la investigación, con el personal policial en calle, detectando el sistema de pases que tenían clientes al momento de acceder a las mujeres explotadas y el dinero que quedaba en poder de la organización.

Con el correr de las averiguaciones se determinaron los roles, de una pareja como los organizadores, con domicilio en La Lucila y tres regenteadoras, una de las cuales con domicilio en Glew.

Realizados los allanamientos  en los 18 departamentos del edificio de la calle Paraná al 700 se procedió a la detención de dos mujeres encargadas del lugar, ambas mayores de edad, siendo una de ellas de nacionalidad paraguaya y la otra de origen salvadoreño.

Además se secuestraron celulares, grandes cantidades  de preservativos, geles íntimos,  aparatos sexuales, documentación con información referente a la actividad sexual, prendas de vestir íntimas y folletería. Dicho inmueble funcionaba en su totalidad como prostíbulo.

Se encontraron en el lugar 34 mujeres, las cuales fueron entrevistadas por el programa de rescate y acompañamiento a las víctimas de trata y del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos humanos de la Nación, por el personal de la Dirección Nacional  de Migraciones. Y por disposición del magistrado interventor se determinó que las mismas se retiren del lugar.

También se contabilizó un total de ocho clientes masculinos, quienes se encontraban en distintos departamentos al momento de dar cumplimiento a la orden judicial.

En relación al allanamiento realizado en el domicilio de la avenida Hipólito Yrigoyen 21118, por el cual se libró exhorto al Juzgado de Garantías 3 de Quilmes, se procedió a la detención de una mujer de nacionalidad argentina de 25 años, considerada otra de las regentes del hotel, y al secuestro de siete celulares, dos notebooks del plan Conectar Igualdad, una caja con papeles varios, una tablet, cuatro tarjeta porta chip de la empresa Claro, y una CPU color negro con inscripción Sentey.

Por su parte, en el domicilio de la calle Darwin al 200, en La Lucila, fue detenida  una mujer de 63 años, sospechada de ser una de las organizadoras junto a su pareja, a quien los oficiales no hallaron en el lugar.  También se secuestró un teléfono celular negro Iphone,  tres IPAD, una memoria externa, cinco pendrive, una CPU marca HP y   documentos vinculados a la causa.

Solo quedaba dar con el jefe de la organización, por quien a principios de los 90 fue requerida su extradición por Estados Unidos a pedido del Gran Jurado del Distrito de Connecticut, por la presunta comisión de los delitos de concertación delictiva, lavado de dinero proveniente del tráfico de estupefacientes y omisión de informar a las autoridades sobre ciertas transacciones monetarias.

Aquel proceso terminó el 20 de diciembre de 1994 con el rechazo al pedido de extradición por parte de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación.

Una semana después de los allanamientos, los oficiales de la División Trata de Personas de la Policía de la Ciudad, que seguían la búsqueda del imputado de ser el cerebro de la red, dieron con él en Lavalle y Talcahuano, paradójicamente a escasos metros del Palacio de Tribunales, donde 28 años atrás emanó el fallo que evitó su encarcelamiento en Estados Unidos.

Inmediatamente el sujeto fue interceptado por los efectivos y tras la consulta, el Juzgado a cargo del Dr Del Viso, ordenó su detención.

El inmueble de la calle Paraná al 700 fue clausurado por personal de la AGC, por encontrarse con gran cantidad de faltas administrativas, desalojándose de todos los ocupantes y permaneciendo consigna policial de Comisaría Vecinal 1B de la Policía de la Ciudad.
