Durante la inspección, en presencia de testigos, se encontró una réplica de pistola 9 milímetros y la totalidad del dinero robado entre sus pertenencias.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nº35, a cargo del Dr. Rappa y ante la Secretaría Nº120 del Dr. Farré, respaldó la actuación del personal policial y ordenó el traslado del acusado a la sede policial correspondiente, así como el secuestro del dinero.
Se han iniciado acciones legales por “robo y privación ilegítima de la libertad” en relación a este incidente.
