La Policía de la Ciudad encontró en 72 horas un vehículo que había sido robado gracias al sistema de Anillo Digital y lo devolvió a su titular.

El hecho ocurrió el 4 de julio la medianoche cuando el sistema de Anillo Digital captó la presencia de un vehículo Fiat Mobi blanco que se trasladaba por la avenida Roca, altura General Paz, con sentido a Capital Federal, el cual tenía impedimento por una alerta temprana por robo, con fecha 2 de julio, en la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Ante esta situación, se irradió un alerta y efectivos de la Comisaría Vecinal 9 B, hallaron el rodado estacionado y sin ocupantes en el cruce la avenida Roca y Escalada, en Villa Soldati.

“Para mí es emocionante escuchar lo que nos dice la gente cuando recupera lo que le pertenece. Este auto fue robado en Florencio Varela y tres días después la damnificada tuvo de nuevo su vehículo. Esto es lo que tenemos que hacer nosotros, poner a disposición de la Justicia a los que cometen un delito, devolverle las pertenencias a sus verdaderos dueños y hacer Justicia, que es lo que la gente nos está pidiendo”, afirmó el vicejefe de Gobierno porteño a cargo del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad, Diego Santilli, durante la entrega del rodado recuperado.

En la causa intervino la Fiscalía Criminal y Correccional Número 62, a cargo del Dr. Yapur, Secretaría Única de la Dra. Greco, que solicitó el inmediato secuestro del vehículo y acordó su posterior entrega a la damnificada en un tiempo récord.

“Le robaron el vehículo a mano armada y el Anillo Digital lo detectó. La Policía actuó y hoy se lo estamos devolviendo. La reparación del daño es el fin de este Plan de Seguridad que nosotros tenemos para proteger a todos los ciudadanos. Para nosotros es un orgullo poder reparar el daño, trabajamos en la prevención con todo el depliegue y tecnología, pero cuando ocurre algún delito, trabajan las áreas de investigaciones para resolver el tema y reparar el daño. Este es un Sistema Integral de Seguridad, todo un equipo que funciona para darle seguridad a los vecinos y vecinas de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires”, remarcó el secretario de Justicia y Seguridad, Marcelo D’Alessandro.

Por su parte, la damnificada agradeció el trabajo de la Policía de la Ciudad para localizar el rodado a 72 horas de haberse cometido el ilícito.

“El robo fue el viernes y el domingo a la madrugada me llamaron desde la Policía para decirme que lo habían recuperado. Al principío no lo podía creer, pero después me hicieron una videollamada para verificar que era real. Estoy muy agradecida y esto significa mucho para mí porque es mi primer auto y ya lo daba por perdido. Muy contenta con el trabajo de la Policía, estoy muy feliz”, expresó Vanesa Mencia Galeano, la titular del vehículo.

El acto de devolución del rodado se realizó en la Comisaría Comunal 8 y se dio en el marco de la política restaurativa que lleva adelante el Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad de la Ciudad.
