La Policía de la Ciudad desarticuló dos bandas que se dedicaban al narcomenudeo en el Barrio Fátima y Constitución y mediante el rápido accionar de la Justicia, tres integrantes de la red de comercialización de estupefacientes fueron condenados a prisión preventiva.
Ambos procedimientos fueron encabezados por personal de la División Investigación Antidrogas Área Sur de la Policía de la Ciudad luego de ser solicitados para la investigación por la Unidad Especializada en Delitos Vinculados con Estupefacientes (UFEIDE), a cargo de la doctora Cecilia Amil Martín.
Además de detener a los responsables en la venta de drogas, los efectivos secuestraron estupefacientes, elementos de fraccionamiento, armas de fuego y municiones.
Barrio Fátima: dos dealers detenidas que contaban con un circuito cerrado de vigilancia
Tras una investigación, los efectivos policiales realizaron el allanamiento ordenado por el Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 19, a cargo del doctor Carlos Aostri, sobre una vivienda de la Manzana 3 en la que se había verificado que se comercializaba droga (infracción a la Ley 23.737).
En consecuencia, los oficiales ingresaron a la vivienda y detuvieron a la principal involucrada, una dealer de nacionalidad paraguaya, de 52 años, y a una mujer que la acompañaba, de 39. El domicilio contaba con una puerta blindada y una reja por la cual vendían los estupefacientes.
Además, en el interior había un televisor de 43 pulgadas donde se reflejaban las distintas cámaras de seguridad de un circuito de video sobre los movimientos del pasillo. Esas cámaras hacían un recorrido en forma de “S” hasta llegar a la puerta de la vivienda.
Como resultado del allanamiento, los oficiales secuestraron una piedra de cocaína, 21.500 pesos, una bolsa de supermercado con 18 envoltorios de marihuana, elementos de corte y fraccionamiento de drogas y dos teléfonos celulares.
En la planta superior, se halló una pistola Thunder 380 con cargador colocado y 8 cartuchos de balas, dos inhibidores de señal, una bolsa con marihuana, un par de guantes y un cuaderno con anotaciones.
Al consultar con el magistrado a cargo del caso, se dispuso el secuestro de todos los elementos encontrados, más el circuito cerrado de monitoreo, y la detención de las dos mujeres, que fueron trasladadas a la Alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad.
En cuanto a las detenidas, el magistrado actuante le dictó la prisión preventiva a la principal involucrada en las tareas de venta de drogas y a la otra le impuso diversas medidas restrictivas.
Cayó la Banda del Umbral
El segundo procedimiento se hizo en el barrio de Constitución, donde se comprobó mediante videos y fotografías que en una vivienda de la calle O’Brien al 1200 se vendía droga. El modus operandi de la banda de diez integrantes consistía en que los clientes se sentaban en el umbral de la puerta del domicilio y a través de un orificio intercambiaban dinero por estupefacientes.
Fue así que el Juzgado Penal Contravencional y de Faltas Número 13, bajo la tutela de la doctora María Lorena Tula del Moral, dictó la orden de allanamiento para desbaratar a la organización.
Los oficiales secuestraron en el operativo la suma de 95.140 pesos, 25 dólares estadounidenses, el total de 15 teléfonos celulares, una balanza de precisión, pedazos de nylon para realizar envoltorios, un cuaderno con anotaciones de interés para la causa, un revólver calibre 38 y tres cartuchos, 96 dosis de cocaína, 3,4 gramos de marihuana y dos trozos de cocaína con un peso de 305, 79 gramos.
A su vez, se requisaron dos automóviles, un Fiat Punto de color rojo y un Volkswagen UP de color blanco, que eran utilizados por la banda.
La Justicia ordenó el secuestro de todos los elementos mencionados y el traslado de los detenidos a la comisaría correspondiente, donde quedaron alojados a disposición de la Justicia.
Además, mediante la investigación se llegó a un inmueble de la calle Esmeralda al 400, en el centro porteño, que también tenía vinculación con la organización. Allí, no se hallaron personas, pero se incautaron 14.460 pesos, un contrato de locación y un pasaporte ambos a nombre del principal investigado.
Cabe destacar que se contó con la cooperación del DIR y de la División Perros de la Policía de la Ciudad.
La Justicia aquí también tuvo un rápido accionar y condenó a los dos principales apuntados como cabecillas a prisión preventiva. Los demás, miembros secundarios de la organización, obtuvieron un acuerdo de avenimiento para una condena de tres años de prisión en suspenso.
