Unas 2.300 prendas con marcas apócrifas, por valor de 14,5 millones de pesos, fueron decomisadas en un comercio en Parque Chas, durante una inspección integral en la que intervinieron la Policía de la Ciudad y distintas dependencias del Gobierno porteño.
La encargada del local fue notificada de la iniciación de causa por infracción al artículo 289 del Código Penal de la Nación que sanciona la falsificación de marcas.
La inspección, ordenada por la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 4, a cargo del Dr. Mauro Tereszko, se realizó en un comercio de la avenida Triunvirato al 3700, de la que participaron oficiales de la División Contravenciones y Faltas en Eventos Masivos de la Policía de la Ciudad, y personal de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC), de la Unidad Operativa de Fiscalización Integral (UOFI) y la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFYC).
Los funcionarios constataron la existencia de prendas que tenían logos y nombres Adidas, Nike, Puma y Jordan, sin ser de esas marcas.
La fiscalía dispuso el secuestro de las 2.300 prendas, que tienen un valor aproximado en el mercado de 14,5 millones de pesos, y que sean remitidas para su resguardo a la nueva sede de la Dirección de Enlace con el Ministerio Público Fiscal y Poderes Judiciales de la Policía de la Ciudad, en Barracas.
Respecto de la encargada, de 25 años, fue notificada de iniciación de causa y remitida a la sede de la Oficina Central de Identificación (OCI) para la extracción de fichas dactilares.
