Entre las medidas implementadas para combatir la ludopatía, se bloquearon más de mil sitios de apuestas en las redes WiFi escolares, se auditó y suspendió el otorgamiento de nuevas licencias de juegos de azar, y se estableció un centro de abordaje en el Hospital Álvarez. Además, se están desarrollando iniciativas legislativas para regular el juego online.
