Personal de la Policía de la Ciudad abocado al servicio manteros en la zona de Floresta se encontraba recorriendo la calle Bogotá al 3.300, cuando observó a dos mujeres cargando una bolsa de consorcio y cambiando la mercadería que estaba en el interior de la misma a otras bolsas.

En total, se secuestraron 13 remeras de distintos colores y talles, 18 pantalones de jean de una marca, 7 más de otra, dos pantalones blancos y un teléfono celular.

El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 3, a cargo del doctor Baños y ante la Secretaría Número 110 de la doctora Perzan, ordenó la detención y traslado de las imputadas a la comisaría de la zona y el secuestro de los elementos robados.
