Todo ocurrió cuando en los últimos días cuando efectivos de la Comisaría Comunal 5 realizaban un patrullaje en la intersección de las calles Carlos Calvo y Treinta y Tres Orientales, en Boedo, y observaron una moto marca Corven Triax 150, cuyo conductor no usaba casco y además había ignorado las señales lumínicas que le indicaban que se detenga.
Ante esta situación, el sospechoso intentó escapar, pero fue capturado en Castro Barros al 500, en Almagro.
El conductor, un menor de 16 años domiciliado en Lanús Oeste, no tenía los documentos del vehículo, el cual contaba con los cables violentados y empalmados. Además, entre sus pertenencias, el imputado poseía un cuchillo y un destornillador, elementos que utilizaba para arrancar los rodados y cometer los ilícitos.
Al consultar sus antecedentes, se verificó que cuenta con un frondoso prontuario por causas de robo de motos, hurto y encubrimiento, en 2019 y 2020, ingresando varias veces al Instituto de detención de menores Inchausti.
En la causa intervino el Juzgado Nacional de Menores Número 2, Secretaría Número 4 de la doctora Sullivan.
