Efectivos de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 5 de la Policía de la Ciudad, fueron notificados por el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 54, a cargo del Dr. Walter Candela, secretaría 75 de la Dra. Claudia Cavalleri, para realizar un allanamiento en una casa de la calle José Mármol al 1300, en el marco de una causa que se investigaba por robo y amenazas a una mujer.
Al conocerse el domicilio de la vivienda, los efectivos policiales observaron que el lugar coincidía con el investigado por la Policía de la Ciudad y la Fiscalía en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 22, a cargo del Dr. Luis Arnaudo, en este caso en una causa relacionada a la comercialización de estupefacientes.
Ante esta situación y para dar cumplimiento a la orden de la Justicia se procedió al allanamiento de la vivienda encontrando sus ocupantes, un hombre de 56 años, y la mujer, de 34, quien se hallaba a cargo de su hijo de 9 meses.
Con la presencia de testigos se realizó una requisa del lugar encontrando un reloj digital marca “Eurotime”, solicitado en la causa de robo investigada por el Juzgado a cargo del Dr. Candela.
En el desarrollo del procedimiento los oficiales hallaron otros elementos de interés, en este caso para la causa investigada por la Fiscalía 22, un arma de fuego tipo revolver calibre 32 milímetros, municiones calibre 22, 16, tubos plásticos conteniendo cocaína por un peso de 40 gramos, elementos de corte y estiramiento de la sustancia, dos balanzas de precisión y una caja fuerte conteniendo dentro ocho relojes de importantes marcas.
También fueron halladas llantas y cubiertas de vehículos de diferentes marcas, herramientas, y autopartes producto del desguace pos robo de automóviles y motocicletas, 6 mil pesos en efectivo y dos celulares.
Asimismo, en otra parte de la vivienda, se encontraron una campera como las asignadas al personal de la Policía de la Ciudad, una campera y un chaleco como los de Agentes de Prevención del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, una chomba como la de la División Drogas Ilícitas de la Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y una remera de color verde destinada a los recolectores de residuos de la empresa Cliba.
Los detenidos fueron trasladados a dependencias de la Policía de la Ciudad y puestos a disposición de la Justicia.
