La Policía de la Ciudad incautó en las últimas horas más de 1.000 prendas de marcas falsificadas que se comercializaban en siete locales de una galería del barrio de Flores.
Efectivos de la División Investigaciones Delictivas y de la División Operaciones Especiales Requeridas por el Ministerio Público Fiscal de la Policía de la Ciudad encabezaron una inspección a una galería ubicada en la calle Bogotá al 2900 junto a efectivos de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) y de la Dirección General de Coordinación Operativa, dependiente de la Subsecretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana.
Se visitaron siete locales, en los cuales se incautaron 1.022 prendas, todas de marcas falsificadas de Adidas, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Levi’s, Gap, Calvin Klein y Tommy Hilfiger.
Todo lo hallado asciende en un valor de mercado a los 2.600.000 pesos.
En la mercadería incautada hubo gran cantidad de ropa deportiva, en especial camisetas y prendas de entrenamiento de clubes de fútbol, tanto nacionales como internacionales.
Los oficiales identificaron a los siete responsables de los comercios: cuatro mujeres y tres hombres.
Al consultar con la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 35, se dispuso la notificación de los encargados de los negocios por infracción a la Ley de Marcas y el secuestro de la mercadería apócrifa.
