Tras ser detenido en reiteradas ocasiones por la Policía de la Ciudad, Carlos Javier Espinoza Abarca fue expulsado ayer del país.

El imputado, de 26 años, fue arrestado el 8 de octubre con grandes cantidades de cocaína y dinero derivado de su comercialización. Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 7A de la Policía de la Ciudad lo detuvo en el barrio 1-11-14.

En el último año, esta fue la tercera vez que el narcotraficante fue arrestado por vender drogas en la zona; en esta ocasión, quedó a disposición de la Unidad de Flagrancia Oeste, bajo la supervisión de la Auxiliar Fiscal Cecilia Mollo.

“Todo extranjero que comete un delito en la Ciudad regresa a su país. Estamos organizando la Ciudad, como nos comprometimos. Y aquellos extranjeros que vienen a delinquir no son bienvenidos. Los expulsaremos lo más pronto posible. No tenemos por qué convivir con delincuentes”, afirmó el Jefe de Gobierno porteño, Jorge Macri.

En la audiencia con la justicia el 18 de octubre pasado, el imputado acordó con las autoridades su consentimiento para ser expulsado del país. Espinoza Abarca también había sido detenido por venta de estupefacientes el 10 de julio de este año en Castañares y Mariano Acosta, cerca del cementerio de Flores, con más de un centenar de dosis de cocaína, pasta base y dinero. Fue arrestado nuevamente el 20 de agosto en un pasillo del barrio 1-11-14, también con cocaína y dinero.

Tras su última detención, y gracias al convenio firmado entre Migraciones y el Gobierno de la Ciudad a través del Ministerio de Seguridad, será expulsado con prohibición de reingreso al país.

El Ministro de Seguridad porteño, Waldo Wolff, detalló que “en lo que va del año, y gracias al trabajo conjunto con la Justicia y Migraciones, han sido deportados seis delincuentes: cuatro de nacionalidad chilena, uno de Uruguay y uno de nacionalidad peruana”. Luego agregó: “seguimos colaborando estrechamente con la Justicia y Migraciones para acelerar los procesos de expulsión de los extranjeros que vienen al país a delinquir. En ese sentido, va el convenio que firmamos el mes pasado con Migraciones, que ya está en funcionamiento y que nos permite expulsar a este delincuente, quien no podrá regresar a Argentina nunca más”.

El narcotraficante fue trasladado al Consulado de la República del Perú por personal de la Policía de la Ciudad, que luego lo llevó al Aeroparque Metropolitano Jorge Newbery para abordar un vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas con destino al aeropuerto Jorge Chávez, en las afueras de Lima.
