La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas, por medio de una entrega controlada en el barrio de Palermo, a un delincuente de 29 años que intentaba estafar a una mujer solicitándole dinero en efectivo para supuestamente no imputar a su hijo de un accidente de tránsito.
La mujer víctima de la estafa contactó al personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 14 C de la Policía de la Ciudad y los puso al tanto del hecho y con la autorización judicial se organizó un encuentro para capturar al delincuente.
La víctima recibió una llamada telefónica de un hombre, que se hizo pasar por su hijo para pedirle 5.000 dólares para no ser imputado en su supuesto accidente de tránsito en el que había participado.
A las 12.30 la víctima colocó en el grupo de vecinos en el que está la policía que era víctima de una estafa virtual y el comisario se comunicó con ella.
Siguiendo las instrucciones de la Policía de la Ciudad, la mujer de 57 años pactó un encuentro con el delincuente.
En consecuencia, el ladrón llegó al lugar de encuentro, sobre la avenida Las Heras al 3800 a bordo de una moto de color verde y negra sin su dominio colocado, y fue rápidamente visualizado por los efectivos.
El hombre se presentó como Pablo y le dijo al oficial encubierto que venía a buscar el sobre y en ese momento, los oficiales porteños lo redujeron.
Al consultar con el Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Número 35 y ante la Secretaría 120, se dispuso la detención del imputado y el secuestro del rodado y de un teléfono celular.
