Esta semana la Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires sancionó, el “Programa Integral de Convivencia Vial”, que instituye otras condenas para quienes el dosaje de alcohol les dé positivo y obedecerán a la cuantía de alcohol en la sangre o la repetición de la contravención. También, las penalidades serán más enérgicas cuanto más alcohol se tenga en la sangre. La regla entra en un conjunto de cambios en la seguridad vial de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires que encierra ampliar la validez de las licencias de conducir en las edades más recientes y cambios en el examen teórico y práctico el anterior será en la vía pública. Las reformas al Código de Tránsito y Transporte porteño (Ley 2.148) junto con el Código Contravencional principiarán a presidir durante el año 2022.
Los conductores que tengan alcohol en sangre quedaran sin habilitación para manejar. Se invalidará por al menos dos meses a los choferes individuales que conduzcan con más de 0,5 gramo de alcohol por litro de sangre, que es el límite legal en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. En el caso de los conductores de motos el máximo permitido es de 0,2 y en el de los conductores técnicos y los novatos es 0.
Los nuevos cambios para obtener el Registro de Conducir
Con respecto al examen teórico mostrará más requerimiento de conocimientos y el examen práctico habrá que realizarlo en la calle, en autos de doble comando, con pedalera, tanto para el conductor como para el guía. Este proceso tiene la finalidad de examinar las destrezas del solicitante en contextos cotidianos. El guía apreciará la práctica de conducción, el acatamiento de las normas y la interacción con el resto del tránsito.
Para el examen teórico, la cuantía de preguntas saltará de 30 a 40 y para certificar hay que responder correctamente el 85%, que antes era del 75%. Se dispondrá de 40 minutos de tiempo, en lugar de 45. Al mismo tiempo, el psicofísico encerrará el test de perspicacia visual binocular, con los dos ojos, audiómetro y demás. Asimismo, los itinerarios de educación vial para conseguir o sustituir la licencia serán siempre en forma virtual, por la página web.
El cumplimiento de estas normas facilitará acrecentara la seguridad vial, si la jurisdicción hace cumplir la ley mediante inspecciones fuertes y la norma firme a los transgresores. También, alcanzan practicar un ejercicio anticipado y convincente para que los conductores tengan conciencia de los resultados del manejo embriagado.
