El abogado Jonathan Emanuel Baldivieso presentó un amparo judicial en representación de la organización barrial La Boca Resiste y Propone y la Cooperativa de Trabajo “Ciudadanos del Mundo”, por la venta ilegal del predio que comprende a los terrenos de Casa Amarilla como son conocidos por los habitantes del barrio: el letrado informó que:
“Hemos sido notificados que fuimos aceptados en la causa y que se reconoció como una causa colectiva” y agregó “Los campitos son de los vecinos porque la venta fue ilegal”.
Por otro lado los integrante de la cooperativa anunciaron que realizarán una huelga de hambre tras el desalojo ordenado por la justicia a partir de una orden de la fiscal de la Primera Instancia del Fuero Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas de la Ciudad, Celsa Ramirez ( la misma que intervino en el desalojo de los manteros del barrio de Liniers) luego de dos instancias de mediación entre las partes. El pasado 30 de enero, trabajadores de la cooperativa de limpieza de autos “Ciudadanos de Mundo”, que funcionaba en los terrenos de Casa Amarilla desde el año 2006, fueron desalojados por orden judicial firmado por Celsa Ramirez, fiscal de la Primera Instancia del Fuero Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas de la Ciudad, luego de dos instancias de mediación entre las partes.
Al momento del desalojo se hicieron presentes una treintena de funcionarios policiales y una grúa de la empresa Paolini, que según fuentes del propio club, pertenecería a un dirigente de Boca Juniors.Un conflicto que sigue vigente y divide al barrio entre quienes quieren que el espacio siga siendo público y la dirigencia del club que tiene un proyecto de desarrollo urbanistico-comercial en el mismo.
