La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a dos delincuentes integrantes de una banda que había cometido entraderas en los barrios de Caballito y Belgrano, y les incautó armas de fuego, municiones y el automóvil que utilizaron en los robos.
Uno de los ladrones capturados es el cabecilla de la banda, tiene antecedentes penales por otros robos y fue identificado por las víctimas por tener una ceguera en uno de sus ojos.
La investigación fue realizada durante un mes por la División Robos y Hurtos, perteneciente al Departamento Delitos de Sustracción de la Policía de la Ciudad, que hizo un exhaustivo trabajo de campo para poder dar con los delincuentes, con la colaboración de la División Extracción y Análisis de Imágenes y el Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU) del Ministerio de Justicia y Seguridad de la Ciudad, además de la División Individualización Criminal de Policía Federal.
Tomaron intervención el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 55, a cargo de la doctora Alejandra Mercedes Alliaud y ante la Secretaría 55 de la doctora María Inés D’Esposito, y la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 61, del doctor Martín López Perrando, Secretaría Única del doctor Alonso.
Las averiguaciones comenzaron cuando personal policial fue anoticiado en enero pasado de dos entraderas ocurridas en los barrios de Caballito y Belgrano, con tres delincuentes como protagonistas.
El primer hecho se dio en Belgrano, en la calle La Pampa al 2200, donde dos ladrones se hicieron pasar por carteros y llamaron a una vivienda. La propietaria les abrió la puerta y fue sorprendida a punta de pistola por los delincuentes, que le sustrajeron dinero, joyas y un teléfono celular.
Mientras esto ocurría, un vecino escuchó ruidos sospechosos y advirtió a un oficial de la Comisaría Vecinal 13 B que se encontraba en la zona. El efectivo acudió a la propiedad y allí, tras presentarse como policía, forcejeó con los hombres y le robaron el arma reglamentaria para luego darse a la fuga, en un automóvil Peugeot 2008 blanco que los estaba esperando con un hombre al volante.
Un días después, se tomó conocimiento de una entradera ocurrida en la calle Aranguren al 1400, en Caballito. La víctima, una médica colombiana, fue sorprendida en la puerta del edificio por dos delincuentes, que la hicieron ingresar a su departamento y le sustrajeron objetos de valor.
Las declaraciones de las damnificadas y del efectivo policial coincidían en que uno de los ladrones tenía una disminución visual en uno ojo, descripción clave para ser identificado.
Por medio del levantamiento de rastros en la vivienda de Belgrano por parte de la Policía Científica, se identificó con una huella dactilar a uno de los ladrones, que tenía antecedentes por robo, y se hizo un análisis de cámaras de la zona, redes sociales y registros de la CNRT.
A partir de allí actuó la División Extracción y Análisis de Imágenes junto a la División Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU), ambas pertenecientes a la Superintendencia de Investigaciones, y se hizo un estudio de los registros fílmicos.
Las muestras permitieron observar a los autores y confirmar que habían utilizado en ambos casos el mismo automóvil Peugeot 2008. Por medio de la patente del rodado y de una cédula de autorización para su uso, se constató la identidad del conductor, otro de los involucrados.
Se presentó la información a la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 61, del doctor López Perrando, Secretaría Única del doctor Alonso, que por conexidad, absorbió las dos causas.
Los videos obtenidos fueron enviados a la División Individualización Criminal de Policía Federal, que por medio de su sistema informático de reconocimiento facial pudo individualizar al tercer integrante de la banda, que tenía un domicilio en la ciudad de Dock Sud, partido de Avellaneda, en la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
En consecuencia, el magistrado actuante ordenó los procedimientos en los domicilios de los delincuentes en Venezuela al 3500 y Pavón al 3300, en Ciudad de Buenos Aires, y el restante en Dock Sud, ubicaciones que se lograron obtener mediante la investigación.
Los oficiales, antes de allanar la propiedad de la calle Venezuela, detuvieron a uno de los ladrones, el cabecilla y el que tenía una discapacidad visual, y le secuestraron los dos celulares que llevaba encima. Luego ingresaron a la casa e incautaron dos dispositivos más.
En Pavón al 3300, los efectivos no encontraron al ladrón, pero hallaron una pistola calibre 40, dos pistolas 9mm, una pistola calibre 635, un revólver calibre 357, 400 cartuchos, 11.000 pesos, 78 dólares, tres computadoras, credenciales de legítimo usuario, portación y tenencia de arma de guerra, llaves y un equipo de telefonía.
Además, en Dock Sud, en el Pasaje Homero al 1600, se detuvo al segundo de los delincuentes identificados en los robos y se le incautó un teléfono celular.
La investigación continuó y por medio de un seguimiento del dominio del Peugeot 2008, se corroboró que se había vendido a una persona residente en la ciudad de Caseros. Allí, los efectivos encontraron el rodado estacionado en la vía pública, en Cerro Juncal al 3000, y lo secuestraron.
Los detenidos fueron alojados en Alcaidías de la Policía de la Ciudad y quedaron a disposición de la Justicia.
