La Policía de la Ciudad desarticuló la práctica que realizaba una exenfermera del Hospital Militar de vender certificados y recetas apócrifas luego de haber robado sellos de médicos del nosocomio en el que trabajaba.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal, dependiente de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones de la Policía de la Ciudad, llevó a cabo las tareas por orden judicial para desmembrar la práctica que tenía una mujer de vender recetas y certificados falsos.
La investigación, que comenzó en octubre pasado, determinó que la exenfermera realizaba los delitos desde 2020 y al jubilarse como enfermera, continuaba vendiendo diferentes recetas u órdenes médicas utilizando sellos que le había sustraído a facultativos.
En consecuencia, los oficiales llegaron a su domicilio del partido de Avellaneda, donde no fue encontraba y se corroboró que había viajado a Uruguay, donde cuenta con familiares.
Como resultado del procedimiento, los efectivos secuestraron tres sellos médicos y una gran cantidad de recetarios con prescripciones médicas con firmas de facultativos. También había recetas en blanco listas para ser completadas.
Intervinieron en el caso, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 48, Secretaría 145, y el Juzgado de Garantías Número 4 del Departamento Judicial de Avellaneda–Lanús, los cuales ordenaron que el material secuestrado permanezca en la dependencia policial.
