La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un hombre de 37 años acusado de haber cometido el crimen de su novia en un departamento del barrio de Villa Urquiza.
Personal de la División Homicidios fue requerido para realizar las pertinentes tareas para lograr el esclarecimiento de un homicidio de una mujer de 48 años cometido el 19 de diciembre en un departamento ubicado en la avenida Olazábal al 4400.
El cuerpo de la víctima había sido encontrado en su inmueble por los efectivos policiales y el encargado del edificio, tras sentirse olores nauseabundos desde el departamento en cuestión.
Una vez hallado el cuerpo sin signos vitales, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 15, a cargo de la doctora Karina Zucconi y ante la Secretaría 146 del doctor Santiago Atucha, dispuso que se realice una investigación para esclarecer el crimen.
En consecuencia, se recibieron declaraciones de testigos y las mismas no coincidían con el testimonio brindado por el novio de la víctima.
Además, por medio de la geolocalización de su teléfono celular, se corroboró que el día del crimen, el hombre estuvo en el lugar del hecho.
El magistrado a cargo del caso recibió todas las pruebas necesarias para disponer la detención del novio de la víctima en un domicilio cercano a la escena del crimen.
