Cabeza La Policía de la Ciudad, junto con el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ), clausuró ayer a la madrugada un local bailable en el barrio porteño de Palermo porque superaba el nivel máximo de sonido permitido.
El hecho ocurrió cuando efectivos de la División Contravenciones y Faltas contra el Orden Público y personal del CIJ realizaron una inspección en un boliche ubicado en la avenida Córdoba al 5200, luego de una denuncia por ruidos molestos.
Una vez en el lugar, se realizó una medición técnica para verificar el nivel de sonido de la música y tras arrojar un resultado de 51.5 y 53.9 decibeles, cuando el nivel máximo permitido es de 47, el local fue desalojado y clausurado.
En la causa intervino la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N°5, al tiempo que en el lugar se labró un acta contravencional por “ruidos molestos”.
