La Policía de la Ciudad encabezó una inspección en un geriátrico del barrio de Villa Lugano, que terminó siendo clausurado por la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) por verificarse irregularidades en la habilitación.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal, dependiente del Departamento Delitos Contra la Salud Pública de la Policía de la Ciudad, llevó a cabo una inspección en un geriátrico del barrio de Villa Lugano junto al Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) y la AGC, tras recibirse una denuncia del Ministerio de Salud por advertirse irregularidades en la documentación de la propiedad.
La Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 39, a cargo del doctor Hernán Biglino, ordenó el procedimiento en la propiedad ubicada en la calle Sayos al 5500, del cual participaron también la Unidad Ejecutora de Registro y Regulación de Establecimientos Geriátricos, personal de control de Establecimientos Privados para Adultos Mayores, la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control, la Dirección General de Control Ambiental y el Ministerio de Salud de la Ciudad.
Al llegar, los efectivos se entrevistaron con la encargada del lugar, la cual les permitió el ingreso.
Se llevó a cabo un relevamiento de la documentación exhibida de los controles médicos de los residentes del hogar y llamó la atención que todas estaban confeccionadas por la misma doctora.
Los policías se comunicaron con la facultativa y la misma explicó que desde el mes de mayo que no trabaja más en esa residencia. Al revisar las distintas constancias, se pudo corroborar que había varias con fecha posterior al mes de mayo y que la letra difería de las anteriores.
Con la información recabada, el magistrado a cargo dispuso que se labren actas por infracción a los artículos 292 y 296 del Código Penal al responsable del lugar y la notificación de los artículos 29 y 30 del Código Procesal Penal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
También se ordenó el secuestro de toda la documentación médica posterior al mes de mayo a nombre de la facultativa y la clausura administrativa del lugar por parte de la AGC por irregularidades en la habilitación.
