El 27 de mayo se conmemoró en la Ciudad el Día de la Prevención de la Violencia en el Noviazgo, instituido por la Ley N° 4.547 de la Legislatura porteña en homenaje a Carolina Aló, víctima de femicidio a los 17 años como consecuencia del ataque que recibió de parte de su novio en 1996, hecho que constituyó un caso paradigmático que visibilizó la violencia en los noviazgos.
Reconociendo esta problemática, el PNSV del Ministerio de Desarrollo Humano y Hábitat tiene como objetivo brindar asistencia, orientación y acompañamiento a adolescentes y jóvenes adultas de entre 14 y 21 años que viven o vivieron situaciones de violencia física, emocional o sexual en sus parejas. Asimismo, da atención a las familias de las víctimas de violencia.
Más concretamente, el programa ofrece los siguientes servicios:
- Abordaje psicológico individual y grupal para los integrantes de la pareja.
- Entrevistas de orientación, grupos de orientación y asesoramiento para padres y familiares de adolescentes.
- Talleres de reflexión y grupos de madres adolescentes y de adolescentes sin hijos, acompañamiento y asesoramiento en el área social.
- Asesoramiento y patrocinio jurídico gratuito sobre violencia familiar, derecho de familia y otras temáticas.
- Capacitaciones para instituciones que trabajen con adolescencia.
Desde el Ministerio de Desarrollo Humano y Hábitat porteño afirman que “hay que continuar trabajando para revertir la tendencia violenta que se manifiesta actualmente y favorecer a las mujeres que más la sufren pero son las que menos denuncian, porque entre las jóvenes muchas veces se naturalizan estas cuestiones y debemos tomar un rol cada vez más activo y consciente para profundizar la equidad de género en todos los ámbitos”.
