El procedimiento es muy simple y se realiza en pocos minutos a través de WhatsApp. En primer lugar, para poder chatear, hay que agendar el número de Boti (11-5050-0147) y buscarlo entre los contactos de la aplicación. En el chat, se debe escribir la frase “Trámites de obra” y el chatbot guía a la persona para que pueda obtener la información necesaria en pocos minutos.
De esta manera, cualquier persona puede obtener a través del WhatsApp de la Ciudad información sobre el Registro de Plano de Obra Civil (Etapa Proyecto, Conforme a Obra y Regularización de Obra en Contravención), el Permiso de Ejecución de Obra Civil y el Permiso de Demolición.
También es posible consultar el estado de un trámite ya iniciado, enviando el número de expediente. Así, no solo se agiliza el proceso, sino que también se puede saber, en tiempo real, en qué instancia se encuentra un trámite.
“La agilidad y la simplificación de los trámites son nuestras prioridades porque consideramos que el tiempo es un recurso valioso. Estamos incorporando cada vez más tecnología para mejorar la experiencia de las vecinas y vecinos. Que ahora Boti informe sobre los trámites para construir, sus requisitos y el estado en que se encuentran, es un avance más en esa dirección”, asegura Alfonso Crotto, subsecretario de Gestión Urbana de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano de la Ciudad.
“Seguimos sumando contenidos a Boti para que todas las personas que viven o visitan la Ciudad puedan acceder a información útil y resolver gestiones en pocos minutos, a través de WhatsApp. Nuestro objetivo es seguir transformando la forma en que las personas y el Estado se relacionan, para acortar tiempos y simplificar procesos”, explica Diego Fernández, secretario de Innovación y Transformación Digital de la Ciudad.
La incorporación de esta información a Boti es parte del trabajo que viene haciendo la Ciudad para estar más cerca de los vecinos y vecinas, a través del desarrollo de diferentes productos digitales que simplifican gestiones, agilizan trámites y reducen los tiempos.
Más de 70 trámites y récord de conversaciones
● En 2019, el Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires fue el primero en el mundo en utilizar la aplicación de mensajería como canal para informar y responder las consultas de sus ciudadanos.
● A partir de 2020, en el contexto de la pandemia por COVID-19, Boti se transformó en una herramienta fundamental para brindar información sobre las medidas de la Ciudad, comunicar los turnos para vacunación y resultados de test, y obtener el certificado COVID-19.
● Actualmente el WhatsApp de la Ciudad presta más de 70 trámites, servicios o consultas: denuncias viales, pedidos de reparación de veredas o poda de árboles, consultas de infracciones, asistencia para personas en situación de calle, turnos para obtener el DNI e información sobre eventos culturales, entre otros.
● Cada vez más vecinas y vecinos recurren a Boti. Durante el primer trimestre de este año, Boti sumó más de 26 millones de conversaciones, alcanzando el récord histórico desde su lanzamiento en febrero de 2019.
