En el día de hoy y mañana martes se están realizando los festejos anuales de carnaval con feriado nacional incluido. En la comuna 4 de la Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires habrá 4 corsos, 2 en el barrio de Pompeya (Av. De la Plata entre Av. Chiclana y Av. Cobo; Av. Perito Moreno entre Pepirí y Ochoa), uno en el barrio de Barracas ubicado en Herrera entre Benito Quinquela Martín y California, además de uno en La Boca que se ubica en Benito Perez Galdos entre Av. Pedro de Mendoza y Brin. En el marco del feriado nacional el gobierno porteño informó acerca de que actividades se realizan y cuales se suspenden durante esta dos jornadas del mes de febrero.
Hospitales: Funcionarán las guardias y el SAME
Escuelas: Cerradas
Cementerios: Las inhumaciones en los cementerios de Chacarita, Flores, Recoleta y Crematorio de la Ciudad, se realizarán en el horario de 9 a 12 hs a lugar de destino.
Administración Gubernamental de Ingresos Públicos y Dirección General de Rentas: Cerradas.
Sedes Comunales: Cerradas
Registro Civil: Permanecerá cerrado. Funcionará sólo la guardia de defunciones de 8:30 a 12:30 hs.
Recolección de residuos: Normal.
Estacionamiento: Se autoriza durante las 24 horas del lunes 12 y martes 13 de febrero el estacionamiento general de vehículos junto al cordón de ambas aceras sobre las avenidas de la Ciudad donde habitualmente se encuentra prohibido estacionar en días hábiles de 7.00 a 21.00 hs. a excepción de las Avenidas: 9 de Julio, Perito Moreno, La Rábida, General Paz, Leopoldo Lugones, Intendente Cantilo, Teniente General José Luis Dellepiane, Ingeniero Huergo, Eduardo Madero, y tramos afectados por el Metrobus de las avenidas Juan de Garay, Francisco Fernández de la Cruz, Chiclana, Brasil, Cnel. Roca, Intendente F. Rabanal, Sáenz, Sánchez de Loria, Almafuerte, Juan B. Justo, avenida Cabildo entre avenida General Paz y Monroe y entre Roosevelt y Santos Dumont, avenida San Martín entre la avenida Mosconi y la avenida Francisco Beiró y avenida Rivadavia entre Argerich/Quirno y Caracas/ Membrillar.
En aquellas arterias en las que funcione el sistema de estacionamiento medido, el mismo no tendrá vigencia durante el lunes 12 y martes 13 de febrero mientras que en aquellos sectores donde la prohibición de estacionar rige las 24 horas, tal norma mantiene su vigencia.

Ecobici: Las estaciones automáticas funcionan con normalidad. Como todos los feriados y fines de semana, Ecobici funcionará dos horas.
Controles de alcoholemia: Rotativos en distintos puntos de la Ciudad.
Registro de licencias para conducir, sede Roca: Cerrada.
Pista de aprendizaje: Abierta de 8 a 18 hs.
Verificación Técnica Vehicular: Las siete plantas permanecerán cerradas.
Dirección General de Infracciones: No se atenderá al público. Habrá una guardia de 9 a 12 hs. sólo para devolver los autos que sean levantados en la vía pública.
Logística, Defensa Civil y Guardia de Auxilio y Emergencias + Línea 103: Guardias activas las 24 hs.
Parques:
Reserva Ecológica: Abierta de 8 a 19 hs (excepto que llueva o haya vientos muy fuertes).
Jardín Botánico: Abierto de 9.30 a 18.45 hs.
Sarmiento, Belgrano (ex KDT) y Roca: Abiertos.
Museos: Permanecerán abiertos durante los feriados los museos del Humor, Casa Carlos Gardel, de Arte Español Enrique Larreta, de Arte Hispanoamericano Isaac Fernández Blanco (en sus sedes del Palacio Noel y la Casa Fernández Blanco), de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires, de Arte Popular José Hernández, de Artes Plásticas Eduardo Sívori (sólo confitería y tienda, ya que las salas del museo estarán cerradas por obras de montaje), de Esculturas Luis Perlotti, de la Ciudad, del Cine Pablo Ducrós Hicken e Histórico de Buenos Aires Cornelio de Saavedra. En todos los museos los menores de 12 años, jubilados y estudiantes con acreditación, personas con discapacidad más un acompañante y colegios públicos entran gratis.
