En una exitosa operación, la Policía de la Ciudad ha desmantelado dos talleres mecánicos clandestinos en los barrios de Villa Soldati y Palermo, incautando numerosas autopartes adulteradas que violaban la Ley de Desarmaderos.
La División Sustracción de Automotores y Autopartes llevó a cabo la desarticulación de estos establecimientos ilícitos, iniciando en la Comuna 8, donde, durante una patrulla, se identificó un automóvil Fiat Duna rojo estacionado en la avenida Escalada y la calle Aquino con un pedido de secuestro activo. La intervención policial reveló que en la calle Aquino operaba un taller mecánico, cuyo propietario boliviano aseguraba que el vehículo pertenecía a un cliente y que el pedido de secuestro había sido levantado. Sin embargo, la inspección del lugar reveló cuatro motores con numeración adulterada, seis cajas de velocidad y trece radiadores, todos careciendo de las calcomanías correspondientes al Registro Único de Desarmaderos y Actividades Conexas (RUDAC), incumpliendo la Ley 25.761. La Unidad de Flagrancia Sur respaldó la acción policial, ordenando el secuestro de las autopartes en infracción, la clausura del establecimiento y elevando la causa a la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N°35.
Simultáneamente, en Palermo, personal de la División, en colaboración con el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) y la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFYC), inspeccionaron otro taller en la calle Darregueira al 2100. Durante el procedimiento, el dueño, un hombre de 42 años, fue notificado por infringir la Ley de Desarmaderos. Se incautaron elementos como un motor de Ford Focus con irregularidades en su numeración, ocho cubiertas, la tapa de un baúl, tres radiadores, un alternador, un motor de arranque, un servo de freno, un faro trasero, un equipo de aire acondicionado y una computadora de mando central de vehículos (ECU), todas sin los stickers de RUDAC, violando la Ley 25.761. El magistrado interviniente ordenó el secuestro de los elementos probatorios y de los teléfonos celulares del implicado.
Cabe destacar que la investigación se originó a través de ciberpatrullaje, donde se detectaron publicaciones de venta de autopartes y piezas de motores en la página Marketplace, que estaban almacenadas en el taller mencionado. Este exitoso operativo demuestra la efectividad de las fuerzas de seguridad en la lucha contra el comercio ilegal de autopartes.
