La División Investigaciones de Subte detuvo a un hombre por masturbarse frente a una pasajera.
Personal de la Policía de la Ciudad, que se encontraba en el andén de la estación Congreso, fue alertado por los gritos de una mujer que pedía ayuda en el interior del vagón de una formación.
El oficial ingresó al subte inmediatamente y detuvo al agresor que señalaba la víctima. La mujer se acercó al agente y explicó que el demorado viajaba con ella en el tren Sarmiento, lo vio tocarse sus partes íntimas pero le restó importancia, momentos después el detenido la siguió hacia el subte y comenzó a tocarse frente a ella escondiéndose con la mochila.
El delincuente fue herido por uno de los pasajeros que le dio un golpe de puño cuando la mujer comenzó a gritar.
Por este motivo se hizo presente una ambulancia del SAME quien le diagnosticó traumatismo de labio superior sin necesidad de traslado.
Los uniformados se comunicaron con la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N°39 quien dispuso el traslado del exhibicionista de 47 años a la dependencia correspondiente.
