La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo este sábado por la noche a tres personas y labró más de 20 actas contravencionales por irregularidades, entre ellas por la presencia de los denominados trapitos, durante los controles en el Estadio Monumental durante el show del cantante Duki.
Dos de las capturas fueron concretadas en horas de la tarde por efectivos de la Unidad de Despliegue Intervenciones Rápidas (DIR) de la Policía de la Ciudad en la intersección de Av. del Libertador y Tegucigalpa, luego de que observaron a un hombre y una mujer vendiendo comida en la vía pública sin autorización.
En este sentido, al intentar que depongan la actividad, los involucrados se tornaron agresivos y golpearon a los agentes, por lo que fueron rápidamente aprehendidos.
Intervino en este caso la Fiscal de Flagrancia, Área Norte, a cargo del doctor Galvaire, que inició actuaciones por “atentado y resistencia a la autoridad”.
Además, se labraron más de 20 actas por distintas irregularidades, entre ellas 16 por infracción al artículo 92 vinculado a la presencia de cuidacoches, tres por suministrar bebidas alcohólicas y una por ingresar bebidas alcohólicas al estadio. En este caso, un hombre fue detenido por reiteración de la conducta contravencional.
Finalmente, en un trabajo articulado entre distintas áreas de la Policía de la Ciudad con personal de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC), se labraron 19 actas de secuestro de distintos artículos y se incautaron 83 gaseosas y 38 latas de cerveza.
