Segun el Decreto de Aislamiento Social anunciado por el Gobierno Nacional, el pasado jueves 19 de marzo. Desde BA PyME nos proponemos a acercarte, de forma clara, todo lo que las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas de la Ciudad deben conocer al respecto.
Desde que la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró el brote del coronavirus como pandemia, se amplió en nuestro país la emergencia pública.
“…nos encontramos ante una potencial crisis sanitaria y social sin precedentes, y para ello es necesario tomar medidas oportunas, transparentes, consensuadas y basadas en las evidencias disponibles, a fin de mitigar su propagación y su impacto en el sistema sanitario.”
Por lo tanto, desde el Gobierno Nacional se dispuso una serie de medidas preventivas para mitigar la propagación del COVID-19.
Entendiendo la importancia de seguir manteniendo el orden público y el abastecimiento de los servicios básico y esenciales a toda la población y según lo expuesto en el ART 6° del DECNU-2020-297-APN-PTE.
“Quedan exceptuadas del cumplimiento del “aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio” y de la prohibición de circular…” Los siguientes rubros o sectores de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas:
11. Supermercados mayoristas y minoristas y comercios minoristas de proximidad. Farmacias. Ferreterías. Veterinarias. Provisión de garrafas.
12. Industrias de alimentación, su cadena productiva e insumos; de higiene personal y limpieza; de equipamiento médico, medicamentos, vacunas y otros insumos sanitarios.
18. Transporte público de pasajeros, transporte de mercaderías, petróleo, combustibles y GLP.
19. Reparto a domicilio de alimentos, medicamentos, productos de higiene, de limpieza y otros insumos de necesidad.
20. Servicios de lavandería.
21. Servicios postales y de distribución de paquetería.
22. Servicios esenciales de vigilancia, limpieza y guardia.
En todos estos casos, los empleadores y empleadoras deberán garantizar las condiciones de higiene y seguridad establecidas por el Ministerio de Salud para preservar la salud de las trabajadoras y de los trabajadores.
