El jefe de Gobierno porteño, visitó este miércoles el Centro de Salud y Acción Comunitaria (CeSAC) Nº21 que cuenta con 14 consultorios y 600 m2 de superficie para atender a los vecinos del Barrio 31.
Rodríguez Larreta destacó que “la apertura de este CeSAC es parte de nuestro esfuerzo y proyecto de integración del barrio”, y aseguró que “vamos a tener tres centros de salud acá”.
El Jefe de Gobierno también comentó que además se encuentran trabajando en la “preparación y la puesta a punto de todo nuestro sistema de salud de cara al coronavirus”.
“Tenemos que seguir trabajando para que todo el sistema de salud esté preparado para recibir casos”, dijo, y agregó: “Queremos llevarle tranquilidad a la gente y que sepa que estamos tomando todos los recaudos”.
También estuvo presente el ministro de Salud porteño, Fernán Quirós, quien explicó que en este tipo de centros “están los equipos nucleares que son los responsables del acompañamiento de las familias, y también todos los servicios de salud que hacen a la cotidianeidad para la mayoría de los problemas que tiene la gente”.
El ministro también remarcó: “Estamos fortaleciendo y supervisando todo el sistema de salud para este nuevo riesgo (coronavirus) pero también aquí estamos atendiendo todo tipo de patologías, entre ellas el dengue y tenemos una campaña especial de vacunación para el sarampión”.
Este centro, que está ubicado en la calle Prefectura Naval Argentina 80, dispone de enfermería, vacunatorio, farmacia, depósito de leche, sala de espera, SUM, sector de administración, sala de admisión y empadronamiento, jefatura, sala de estar para profesionales, sanitarios públicos, depósito, áreas de apoyo técnico y vestuarios y baños para el personal.
Además cuenta con ascensor para facilitar la movilidad a personas con dificultades motrices.
Es uno de los tres centros de salud del Barrio 31 y atiende a alrededor de 15.000 personas. Es por eso que recientemente se incorporaron nuevos profesionales que trabajan tanto dentro del edificio como en las calles y casas del barrio.
Los Centros de Salud y Acción Comunitaria están orientados a la atención primaria de los pacientes. De este modo, permiten descentralizar la demanda en guardias de hospitales.
En los CeSACs se ofrecen programas de protección materno-infantil, salud escolar, adicciones y diabetes, entre otros. El 100% de ellos cuenta con Historia Clínica Electrónica.
