La Policía de la Ciudad secuestró en locales de los barrios de Balvanera, Villa Devoto y Belgrano más de 3.900 juguetes nocivos para la salud, lo que representa en el mercado a una semana superior a los diez millones de pesos.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal, dependiente del Departamento Delitos Contra la Salud de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones encabezó una serie de inspecciones a jugueterías de los barrios de Balvanera, Villa Devoto y Belgrano en las que se comprobó, mediante una serie de tareas, que se comercializaban artículos sin los controles gubernamentales de ANMAT e INTI, por lo que podrían ser nocivos para la salud.
“Sacar estos juguetes de la venta es una medida tendiente a garantizar la seguridad de nuestros hijos. Estos juguetes, que se comercializaban sin los controles necesarios, podrían representar graves riesgos para la salud de nuestros pequeños”, sostuvo el ministro de Justicia y Seguridad, Eugenio Burzaco.
Y remarcó: “Con la cercanía del Día del Niño quiero enfatizar la importancia de adquirir productos únicamente de fuentes confiables y que cumplan con los estándares de seguridad establecidos por organismos como ANMAT e INTI”.
Los procedimientos fueron ordenados por la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 4, a cargo del doctor Mauro Tereszko.
En las jugueterías, los oficiales incautaron más de 3.900 productos irregulares, de marcas similares a las de Lego, Pop y Among Us, lo que equivale en el mercado en una suma superior a los diez millones de pesos.
