La “Sensacion” de inseguridad de la que se viene hablando hace tiempo es algo más que preocupante a estas alturas. Vivimos una realidad de profunda y extrema crueldad que se extiende como brazos de un enorme monstruo por toda la República. Sin dudarlo podremos decir que existen zonas ó distritos más perjudicados que otros, pero lo concreto es que sus maifestaciones son padecidas a diario por todos los ciudadanos. Las víctimas siempre inocentes, la gran mayoria humildes, pero trabajadores con familia a cargo.
La impunidad como primer eslabón de la cadena que sostiene estos crímenes, junto con la tan problemática y discutida puerta giratoria, son algunas de las cosas a las que nos enfrentamos en el dia a dia.
Para entender un poco más acerca de los problemas vividos a diario, los números de este drama, y poder tener un análisis más profundo desde las políticas al respecto, el Instituto de Estadisticas y Censos (INDEC) firmó con el Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación, un convenio para llevar a cabo la primera Encuesta Nacional de Victimización de la Argentina.
Por medio del estudio, también se llevara a cabo la consulta a la población sobre su percepción respecto de la labor de las de las fuerzas de seguridad y las medidas preventivas existentes.
Patricia Bullrich Ministra de Seguridad de la nación marcó que resulta necesaria la información que brindara la encuesta para poder tomar decisiones importantes, porque existe un gran antagonismo en las provincias. Además, la encargada del área Seguridad a nivel nacional, agrego que -se necesita un reacomodamiento cultural para decir lo que verdaderamente pasa-.
Los primeros pasos se realizarán durante el mes de noviembre en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, veinticuatro partidos que integran el Gran Buenos Aires, el llamado Gran Mendoza y Salta.
La encuesta será llevada a cabo por la Dirección Nacional de Estadísticas de Condiciones de Vida en conjunto a la subsecretaría de estadística criminal, dependiente de la secretaría de seguridad interior.
La idea principal para el desarrollo de esta medida es que de una vez por todas se pueda combatir aunque sea un poco la constante flagelación que sufrimos a causa de la inseguridad sin más es hora de actuar.
