El agresor está acusado de citar el 30 de diciembre a una joven a un set ubicado en Junín al 100 donde luego de tomarle fotografías en ropa interior para una presunta campaña de cremas la manoseó, en una causa tramitada por el Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Nº57, Secretaría N°61, a cargo de la Dra. Galeti.
La captura se concretó el 4 de enero cuando efectivos de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de la Comuna 3 de la Policía de la Ciudad lograron dar con el sospechoso luego de tareas investigativas que permitieron comprobar que el sospechoso había alquilado nuevamente ese local para tener otro encuentro.
Ante esta situación, los agentes realizaron un rastrillaje encubierto en la zona y lograron detenerlo, secuestrando también su teléfono celular y todo su equipo fílmico y fotográfico.
