Los oficiales, quienes se encontraban realizando tareas de despliegue territorial en los alrededores del Barrio Fraga, observaron a un hombre, quien estaba comercializando estupefacientes, por lo que inmediatamente le dieron la voz de alto. El delincuente intentó darse a la fuga, pero fue capturado rápidamente por los efectivos, y al requisarlo se le encontraron ocho bolsitas con cocaína.
El Dr. Mauro Terezco dispuso el secuestro de los estupefacientes bajo los cargos de infracción a la Ley 23.737 y el traslado del imputado a la Oficina Central de Identificación y posterior alojamiento en la alcaidía de la Comisaría Comunal 15 de la Policía de la Ciudad.
