En la avenida Santa Fe al 1100, el personal de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y Seguridad Personal, junto con el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales del Ministerio Público Fiscal y la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFYC), ingresaron al establecimiento y se encontraron con la responsable del lugar y una empleada. La empleada afirmó ser responsable de realizar aplicaciones de bótox, manejar aparatología estética y practicar depilación láser en las pacientes.

Tras consultar con el Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, se constató que el local no tenía habilitación para llevar a cabo los tratamientos mencionados. Además, la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) confirmó que los aparatos utilizados estaban prohibidos en todo el país, y los productos no contaban con la autorización correspondiente.

En consecuencia, las autoridades procedieron a secuestrar 12 máquinas para tratamientos estéticos, 1 frasco de toxina botulínica, 8 ampollas para mesoterapia y documentación relevante para la causa.

La Fiscalía de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N°11, a cargo de la Dra. Valeria Massaglia, avaló las acciones realizadas por el personal interventor y ordenó notificar a la responsable del lugar por infringir el artículo 201 del Código Penal, que penaliza la comercialización, distribución y almacenamiento de sustancias medicinales o mercaderías peligrosas para la salud.

Por otro lado, la empleada fue notificada por infringir el artículo 208, que prohíbe ejercer prácticas médicas o estéticas sin contar con el título correspondiente.

Estas acciones son importantes para proteger la salud pública y garantizar que los establecimientos que ofrecen servicios estéticos cumplan con las normativas y requisitos necesarios para operar de manera segura y legal.
