La Policía de la Ciudad rescató en las últimas horas a nueve perros siberianos que se encontraban hacinados, sin comida ni agua y en estado de abandono en una vivienda del barrio de Balvanera.
Personal de la División Contravenciones y Faltas en Eventos Masivos de la Policía de la Ciudad llevó a cabo un allanamiento en un domicilio de la calle Bartolomé Mitre al 3100, luego de recibirse una denuncia por maltrato animal.
El Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 28, a cargo de la doctora Correa, junto con la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Materia Ambiental del doctor Santurián, ordenó a la fuerza porteña iniciar una investigación para dar con el lugar donde incumplían con la Ley de Protección al Animal, malos tratos o actos de crueldad.
Los oficiales de la Policía de la Ciudad ingresaron al domicilio con la cooperación del personal del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales, del B.A.P, de la Guardia de Auxilio, veterinarios de APRA, la División Perros y la ONG “Soplo de Vida”.
Como resultado del allanamiento, se rescataron nueve perros Husky Siberiano (un cachorro y ocho adultos). La mayoría de ellos se encontraban con signos de abandono, el score bajo acorde a su raza y tamaño, sin comida ni agua y que caminaban sobre sus propias heces. Además, se encontraban en un lugar cargado de artefactos que hacían imposible su circulación.
Los animales fueron entregados a la ONG “Soplo de Vida”, donde se quedarán hasta que tengan un hogar definitivo.
En el lugar se encontraban dos personas que no estaban vinculadas con los animales, pero fueron notificados del desalojo, ya que el lugar se encontraba clausurado desde el año 2020 por peligro edilicio.
El personal de la Guardia de Auxilio reimplantó la faja de clausura.
