A raíz del coronavirus, en Europa 8 de 10 fallecidos por el coronavirus son mayores de 70 años; en tanto en la Argentina la edad promedio de los fallecidos es de 71 años.
De esta manera, a través del servicio del 147 también se busca concientizar acerca de los riesgos de contagio, escuchar a las personas, identificar las necesidades que se planteen y dar la orientación, o posterior derivación y resolución de esas necesidades.
