El programa ProCreAr tiene como iniciativa urbanística una de las principales, el desarrollo de Estación Buenos Aires. Una extensión de 18 hectáreas de tierras ferroviarias que contara con 2900 viviendas distribuidas en 50 edificios con superficies de 62 hasta 110 m2.
