La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el barrio de Parque Chas a un hombre que se encontrada prófugo de la Justicia luego de haber cometido el robo a una vivienda en diciembre de 2021.
Tras las investigaciones realizadas por la División Capturas y Prófugos, correspondiente al Departamento Búsqueda de Personas de la Policía de la Ciudad, al hombre se lo localizó cuando se dirigía a visitar a su madre, en una vivienda en la calle Llerena al 2600.
En el caso intervinieron la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Investigación Criminal Compleja (UFECRI), a cargo del doctor José María Campagnoli y ante la Secretaría del doctor Bello, y el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 27.
El magistrado le encomendó a la división policial iniciar una investigación para dar con el paradero de un hombre que había sido declarado en rebeldía el 5 de mayo pasado, luego de ser el autor de un robo doblemente agravado por haber sido sido cometido mediando efracción y con escalamiento en diciembre pasado, cuando se trepó a un balcón e ingresó a una vivienda de la calle Llerena al 3100 para sustraer 1.100 dólares y otros objetos personales.
Como resultado de las tareas, se obtuvo que el hombre frecuentaba a su madre en el barrio de Parque Chas los fines de semana, por lo que se dispuso un despliegue en la zona para capturarlo.
Fue así como los efectivos lo visualizaron caminando en dirección a la vivienda de su progenitora y se acercaron para identificarlo y detenerlo, dejándolo a disposición de la Justicia.
