La Policía de la Ciudad, mediante una compra controlada, recuperó en el barrio de Caballito una bicicleta que había sido robada en Barracas y detuvo al delincuente que la ofrecía a la venta en las redes sociales.
El rodado luego fue devuelto por los efectivos a la damnificada por disposición judicial.
Personal de la División Robos y Hurtos realizó una investigación a solicitud de la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 31, a cargo del doctor Solimine y ante la Secretaría Única del doctor Lapenta para gestionar una compra controlada con un vendedor que ofrecía a la venta una bicicleta robada en el patio interno de una propiedad de Barracas y poder recuperarla, según relató la denunciante.
La damnificada agregó además que había encontrado su rodado a la venta por una red social, por lo que los efectivos se hicieron pasar por supuestos compradores para dar con el delincuente y devolverle la bicicleta a la víctima.
Luego de contactar al vendedor por redes sociales, se pactó un encuentro en la avenida Rivadavia al 5700, en Caballito, donde los oficiales sorprendieron al vendedor, lo redujeron y aseguraron el rodado.
Se consultó con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal Número 2, a cargo del doctor Sebastián Peluso, Secretaría 110 de la doctora María Perzán, y se dispuso la detención del sujeto de 24 años y la devolución de la bicicleta, marca “Bickerton” modelo “Junton”, a la damnificada.
