La Policía de la Ciudad secuestró en las últimas horas 14.847 productos de cosmética y perfumería truchos, cuyo valor de mercado asciende a los 10 millones de pesos, luego de tres allanamientos simultáneos realizados en comercios de Balvanera.
El hecho ocurrió en horas de la mañana cuando efectivos de la División Investigaciones Ilícitas de la Policía de la Ciudad se trasladaron a tres locales ubicados en la calle Castelli al 100 y 200, en el marco de una investigación por venta de mercadería apócrifa.
En este sentido, en el procedimiento de Castelli al 100 se incautaron 3.732 objetos, entre ellos cosméticos y perfumes varios, además de un celular y CPU; mientras que en los dos allanamientos en Castelli al 200 fueron secuestrados en total 11.115 cosméticos, tres teléfonos y dos computadoras.
En total fueron incautadas 34 cajas con 14.847 productos ilegales, cuyo valor de venta en el mercado asciende a los 10.392.900 pesos.
De los procedimientos participaron también efectivos de la Unidad Operativa de Fiscalización Integral, de la Subgerencia de Operativa Logística y de la Dirección General de Protección al Trabajo de la Ciudad.
En la causa intervino el Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N°7, a cargo del Dr. Buján, y la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N°35, de la Dra. Celsa Ramírez, que dispusieron el secuestro del material y la notificación a las tres personas halladas en los locales, todos ciudadanos de nacionalidad china de 24, 34 y 37 años.
