La Policía de la Ciudad secuestró 1.726 prendas policiales y de bomberos que se ofrecían a la venta sin autorización en un local del barrio de Parque Avellaneda, con un valor de mercado superior a los 2,5 millones de pesos.
Personal de la División Conductas Contravencionales y de Faltas, dependiente de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones, encabezó el procedimiento en el negocio ubicado en la calle Santander al 800, tras advertirse que en ese lugar se comercializaban elementos de fuerzas de seguridad, con sus respectivos logos.
El allanamiento se hizo tras la orden dictada por el Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 8, a cargo de la doctora Natalia Marcela Molina, y ante la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 30, a cargo del doctor Diego Espada.
Al ingresar, los efectivos se encontraron con un local habilitado en el rubro de kiosco, venta de indumentaria y mercería, además de hallar 1.726 artículos de diferentes fuerzas y con sus respectivos logos, en un valor en el mercado negro de 2.556.000 pesos.
Los inspectores de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) procedieron a labrar el acta de intimación a la responsable, una mujer de 56 años, la cual quedó imputada por infracción de los artículos 31 de la Ley 22.362 (Ley de Marcas).
Cabe aclarar que la venta de uniformes de fuerzas de seguridad sólo puede hacerse en locales que cuenten con autorización y cada comprador tiene que quedar registrado, algo que no se cumplía.
