Con el aporte de las cámaras de seguridad, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un hombre que se trasladaba en la avenida General Paz en un vehículo con pedido de secuestro involucrado en una causa por “estafa”.
El hecho ocurrió cuando tras la advertencia de uno de los pórticos de lectores de patentes del Anillo Digital, los operadores emitieron la alerta sobre un vehículo Volkswagen UP de color gris claro que circulaba por la avenida General Paz, sentido Riachuelo, que tenía un pedido de secuestro vigente, a solicitud del Juzgado de Garantías y Transición Número 1 de la provincia de Entre Ríos, con fecha del 23 de octubre del 2020.
Fue así como intervino personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 9 B que interceptó el rodado en el cruce con la avenida Emilio Mitre.
Allí, los oficiales identificaron al conductor de 25 años, que resultó detenido por instrucción del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 36, a cargo del doctor Alejandro Ferro y ante la Secretaría 123 Bis del doctor Ignacio Das Dores, por el delito de “encubrimiento”.
Además, el rodado fue incautado, al igual que una cédula de identificación automotor.
