La Administración Gubernamental de Ingresos Públicos (AGIP) reglamentó y puso en marcha en el día de hoy la moratoria prevista por la Ley N° 6195, que abarca a todas las obligaciones tributarias que se encuentren en instancia administrativa y/o judicial.
Los nuevos planes de facilidades de pago son para todos los impuestos y para todos los contribuyentes de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Se podrán incluir aquellas deudas vencidas al 31 de julio del 2019 y el plazo para inscribirse finaliza el 31 de diciembre próximo.
Los pequeños y medianos contribuyentes podrán acceder a un plan especial, que se podrá hacer hasta en 120 cuotas y cuenta con la posibilidad de abonar la primera cuota recién a los 90 días desde su adhesión.
Mientras que los grandes contribuyentes podrán hacer un plan de pagos hasta en 60 cuotas. Otra opción les permitirá pagar el 10% del total de la deuda como anticipo y el saldo restante en 90 cuotas.
Todos los planes cuentan con la condonación de intereses y sanciones; y el interés de financiación será con un esquema ascendente en el plazo, siempre por debajo de la tasa de interés del mercado. Además, dicha moratoria contempla el levantamiento de embargos a aquellos contribuyentes que se acojan al plan.
Los contribuyentes podrán acceder a más información y a los aplicativos para adherir a esta moratoria en www.agip.gob.ar.
