En el día de ayer comenzaron las obras por parte de Boca Juniors para enrejar los terrenos de Casa Amarilla, la obra fue denunciada rapidamente por los vecinos, quienes afirman que es un atropello al espacio público y que hay una causa judicial en curso. De la otra vereda, las autoridades del club argumentan que el traspaso de juzgado dispuesto por la Cámara Contencioso Administrativa porteña y la declaración de nulidad de lo actuado por el juez anterior implica la caída del amparo que frenaba las obras, por lo que el club aprovechó para enrejar el campito ubicado en Blanes y Martín Rodriguez en el barrio de La Boca.
“Es por seguridad” expresaban quienes se encontraban realizando estas rápidas tareas de enrejar el terreno.
Los vecinos se convocaron y realizaron ayer por la tarde una asamblea en el lugar, rechazando este acto por parte del club de La Ribera. La colega Martina Noailles, Jefa de Redaccion de Sur Capitalino expresó que “En un nuevo atropello al espacio público del barrio de La Boca, está mañana Boca Juniors comenzó a cerrar con alambrado los campitos de Casa Amarilla. Argumentan que la Cámara Contencioso de la Ciudad ordenó, a fines de diciembre, remitir el expediente a otro juzgado (el 11 de la jueza Paola Cabezas Cescato) y declarar la nulidad de lo actuado por el juzgado 24 a cargo del juez subrogante Guillermo Scheibler. Este juez había frenado las obras hasta tanto se determine la legalidad de la venta del espacio público de 3,2 hectáreas al club Boca. Y en noviembre había rechazado el pedido del club de enrejar el lugar impidiendo el uso de los vecinos”. El conflicto continuará en la justicia una vez más.
