En tanto Silvio Etcheun, Secretario General del Sindicato de la Industria de la Carne de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Dijo “El Gobierno no controla a tres mil cien matarifes ilegales que terminan perjudicando a los trabajadores y a los consumidores. Esto está agravado con el impuestazo que recibieron nuestras industrias por arriba del 300 %, por lo que se hacen inviables muchas empresas pequeñas”
Los sindicalistas dieron datos concisos acerca de que las faenas ilegales se dan en el campo y en mataderos municipales o cooperativas sin registro. “Terminan perjudicando al trabajador porque no tiene seguridad, ni ART, ni obra social”, advirtió Etcheun.
Por eso en el dia de hoy se llevó a cabo una audiencia en la Dirección Nacional de Relaciones de Trabajo, espacio de negociación colectiva del Ministerio de Trabajo entre la Federación y las cámaras del sector, sin embargo no lograron llegar a un acuerdo definitivo por el reclamo paritario.
Ante las autoridades del sector Laboral comparecieron representantes del Consorcio de Exportadores de Carnes Argentinas (CECA), la Unión de la Industria Cárnica Argentina (UNICA) y la Cámara de Frigoríficos de Santa Fe (CAFRISA). Asociación de Frigoríficos e Industriales de la Carne (AFIC), Federación de Industrias Frigoríficas Regionales (FIFRA),
