El Parque Ferroviario Palermo, que beneficiará a más de 650.000 vecinos, tendrá una senda aeróbica de dos kilómetros de extensión, senderos para caminar, sectores de estar con lomadas y desniveles, nuevo arbolado, parquización, isla de ejercitación, sector de skate, jardín sensorial, iluminación LED, playón para deportes y dos patios de juegos.

Está ubicado entre las calles Juan B. Justo, Soler, Costa Rica y una nueva calle que se creará paralela a Godoy Cruz.

Tendrá como objetivo principal integrar Palermo Soho y Hollywood, hoy divididos por las vías y algunos paredones lindantes a la avenida Juan B. Justo, y brindar a los vecinos actividades culturales, deportivas y recreativas en un solo lugar.
