Un delincuente con una pierna enyesada fue detenido tras robar la recaudación de un bar a punta de pistola. Se comprobó, gracias a testimonios de los damnificados e imágenes fílmicas, que había cometido recientemente delitos de similares características en el barrio de Recoleta.
La Policía de la Ciudad atrapó en Palermo a un ladrón que, con una pierna inmovilizada por una bota de plástico, asaltó a mano armada una cervecería. Era buscado por otros robos a varias farmacias de la zona de Recoleta.
El hecho ocurrió en la calle Migueletes al 1100 cuando un hombre que caminaba con dificultad a causa de una férula que le inmovilizaba el tobillo derecho, pidió pasar al baño y, al salir, repentinamente sacó un arma de fuego con la que encañonó a una moza que se encontraba cerca de la caja.
Amenazando de muerte a la empleada, una joven de 19 años, logró apoderarse de aproximadamente 2.500 pesos y un celular, para luego retirarse apresuradamente.
Ante los gritos de la víctima, tres personas que se encontraban cerca de la puerta del bar avisaron al 911 y, discretamente, siguieron al ladrón por unas tres cuadras.
Un móvil de la Comisaría Vecinal 14-B de la Policía de la Ciudad que había respondido la alerta interceptó al delincuente en Soldado de la Independencia al 900, quien al advertir la presencia policial descartó el arma bajo un auto e intentó resistirse al arresto, siendo reducido tras un breve forcejeo.
Debajo del vehículo fue recuperada la pistola descartada, una semiautomática calibre 32, que se encontraba con cargador completo y una bala en la recámara lista para ser disparada. Además, en poder del imputado, fueron secuestrados el teléfono celular y el efectivo sustraído a la camarera.
El imputado había robado, días atrás, varios locales farmacéuticos ubicados en las calles Santa Fe al 2100 y Las Heras al 2300 y al 2000, en el barrio de Recoleta. Dichos sucesos habían quedado a manos de la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nro. 21 a cargo del Dr. Vasser, bajo la caratula de “robos a mano armada reiterados”.
