En la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, la tasa de desocupacion alcanzó al 10,5 % en el segundo trimestre, 2 puntos arriba de la medición oficial del INDEC para el mismo distrito, según los datos que entrego la Dirección General de Estadística y Censos porteña.
De esta manera se incrementó en casi 2 puntos porcentuales en un año al pasar de 8,6% en el segundo trimestre de 2015 al 10,5% a junio. Un 20% más que el año pasado. El INDEC había dado a conocer la semana pasada el informe sobre Mercado de Trabajo, donde para la Ciudad de Buenos Aires había registrado un desempleo del 8,5 %. Según la Dirección de Estadística Porteña, el desempleo en el segundo trimestre del 10,5 % “se incrementó casi dos puntos porcentuales respecto de igual trimestre del año anterior, del 8,6 %. Esto es un 20% de incremento.
Sólo algunos días después de que el Indec difundiera su primer dato sobre el mercado laboral en la gestión Macri -sobre el desempleo en el segundo trimestre del año- la Dirección de Estadísticas porteña afirmó que, para el caso de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, el número del desempleo fue dos puntos más altos en el mismo período.
Según el informe difundido, la Dirección General de Estadística y Censos porteña afirmó que la desocupación para el segundo trimestre del año fue de 10,5%, dos puntos por arriba de lo que marcaba hace un año atrás. De esta forma, los desocupados son en la actualidad 177.555.
De esta forma los desempleados en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires supero por casi 2 puntos porcentuales al año pasado al pasar de 8,6% en el segundo trimestre de 2015 al 10,5% a junio. Con este dato se confirma que la desocupación aumentó en los últimos 12 meses, comparación que no podía concretarse con los datos del Indec ya que están en revisión desde 2007 y hasta 2015. Además, cuando se pone la lupa sobre el período comprendido entre el último trimestre de 2015 y junio de este año, el porcentaje de personas que buscan empleo y no lo encuentran subió 3,7 puntos porcentuales, desde el 6,8% de fines de año.
Estos datos que fueron revelados por la Dirección General de Estadística y Censos de Ciudad de Buenos Aires confirman el incremento del desempleo (al menos en Capital Federal), así como también que en el segundo trimestre la desocupación dejó de ser de un dígito por primera vez desde el tercer trimestre de 2014, momento desde cuando se comenzó a elaborar este indicador por parte de este instituto porteño. De esta manera, es el porcentaje más elevado de la serie.
Este 10,5% no se asemeja en nada con el dato del Indec, según ellos las personas desempleadas en el ambito de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires alcanzaria el 8,5% de la población: en tanto que para el organismo que se encarga de las estadísticas porteñas hay 177.555 desocupados, para el instituto dirigido por Jorge Todesca son 140.000 las personas que buscan y no consiguen trabajo, es decir, una diferencia de 37.555 individuos.
Hace exactamente 1(un) año atrás, según la Dirección General de Estadística y Censos porteña, eran 141.408 los desocupados en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, este si era un número cercano al dato del Indec pero para el segundo trimestre de este año.
La tasa de empleo cerro con índices 49,7% y permaneció casi estable en forma interanual (49,5%). Para el Indecen cambio podemos observar que este porcentaje es incluso mayor, ya que llegaría al 51,4% de la población.
A su vez, la tasa de actividad porteña creció de manera interanual: pasó de 54,1% en el segundo trimestre de 2015 al 55,5% actual.
En el desglose de la información, resulta la zona sur de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires la mas afectada ya que es la que tiene peores indicadores en comparación con el norte: en desempleo, la brecha es de casi 7 puntos, con desocupación en 13% frente al 6,1% del norte. En la zona centro se ubica en 11,2%, también por encima del promedio porteño de 10,5%.
Se desprende entonces que tanto en el varón como la mujer la desocupación (8,7% y 12,3%) se incrementó en 1,2 y 2,6 puntos porcentuales respectivamente (7,5% y 9,7%) de forma interanual. Así, de las 177.555 personas que no tienen trabajo, 74.910 son hombres y 102.645 son mujeres.
En tanto que en el Indec observaron que los datos entre el primer trimestre de 2007 y el último de 2015 no deben tomarse. “Se desestima su utilización a los fines de comparación y para el análisis del mercado de trabajo”, esta información esta detallada en un informe que distribuyeron en la presentación de los datos de mercado de trabajo la semana pasada. Para el organismo oficial, la desocupación había llegado a 5,9% al tercer trimestre de 2015.
